It's Official We're Moving

Okay, don't stress out- because of your incredible support we are able to increase the size of DeStress Express! We will be staying in the same office park just moving to a different building and adding an additional 1000 sq ft! What does this mean for you? More opportunities in the future to receive the relaxation and pampering you love. We will be posting progress pictures and updates as we move along. Summer Skin Care

It has been so hot lately! Time to get to the pool, beach, and water park fast. Especially after this cold, long winter we had in Hampton Roads it is so nice to have the sun back. I don't know about your skin, but mine doesn't react to the sunshine very well. It gets red, dry, and itchy if I don't take the necessary steps to protect and pamper my skin. New team Members Join the Crew

So you may have noticed a few new faces on the DeStress Express team. The first we are excited about is Stan Atkins, who specializes in myofascial and deep tissue work. Stan is an avid surfer with two of the cutest little kids on the planet. I just had my first session with Stan and we was able to work the tissue so that my body controlled the pressure. I highly recommend Stan especially if you suffer from low back or chronic pain. More...

Can you believe January is almost over? What a month it has been cold and then hints of spring this week. We are getting ready for Valentine’s Day here at DeStress Express! For the first time in our company’s history we will be opened on Sunday February 14th for a limited number of massage appointments. We will have three couples’ rooms open for the entire weekend. What a wonderful way to say I love you by giving the gift of relaxation. Our couples massages start at only $60. More...
