Meet Bob!
Bob O. is a retired naval officer who has been receiving regular massage for about eight years. He comes twice a week.
Bob was referred to DeStress Express by his neuromuscular therapist Dana Pate who has set up her private practice within DeStress Express. Bob has been seeing Lindsey once a week in addition to his regular appointment with Dana. His favorite massage is the deep tissue and he likes that is helps with his flexibility and stress.
In his spare time Bob love to cheer his beloved MidShipmen on the football field and he is active in the Navy Academy Alumni association. Bob is also an active member of his church and works out often.
Bob says that it is the "warm atmosphere as one enters" that he appreciates the most when coming to DeStress Express.
