Meet Matthew & Kasey!
For this very special edition of the Client of the Week we wanted to feature our favorite gift giver Matthew and his lovely wife Kasey! Matthew and Casey are both 28, he is an electrical engineer and she is a special education teacher. Matthew is a legend around DeStress because he has only communicated with us through our online gift giving center- which he has taken full advantage of, and email when he needs more personalized attention for his wife. Matthew's very funny and yet somehow romantic messages on the instant online gift certificates are always a highlight and it doesn't hurt that Kasey is a good sport and a delight.
Here is why they are the clients of the week.
How long have you been a DeStress client?
Kasey: I’ve been enjoying DeStress express for about 4 years
Matthew: I’ve been purchasing Kasey gift certificates to DeStress express for 3 years; She kept taking all of my money for tools and beer before that.
How often do you make appointments?
Kasey: At least once a month, it really depends on how busy things get at work through out the year. One of the reasons why I enjoy DeStress express so much is their ability to see me with very little notice on most occasions.
Who is your favorite DeStress team member?
Kasey: All of the massage therapists are wonderful but one of my favorites would have to be Natasha. If you’re going for a mani-pedi Naomi Rocks!
What is your favorite service?
Kasey: 90 minute Warm Stone massage
Matthew: 90 minutes of being in charge at home
What are some of the benefits you have personally gained from this service?
Kasey: Relaxation & Stress Relief
Matthew: Kasey is very “enjoyable” when she is relaxed and without stress. Not to mention buying gifts for birthdays, Valentine’s Day or just to surprise her is easy and I know I am getting her something she really wants.
What are some of your hobbies?
Kasey: reading, scrapbooking, going to yard sales with Matt. Spending time with family and our puppies.
Matthew: I go to the gym, read, play Xbox and watch sports. We own two dogs so enjoying them consumes our free time, until we decide to throw kids into the mix.
What are your favorite products from DeStress Express?
Kasey: spa ritual nail polishes
Matthew: GIFT CERTIFICATES, handing her money doesn’t make her smile as much as a gift certificate for a massage.
If you could change one thing about DeStress Express would you?
Kasey: really wish you were closer to Gloucester, Other than location the prices are reasonable, the rooms are relaxing and the staff is great
Matthew: really wish you guys were farther away, she always gets home before the ball game is over.

What brought you to DeStress Express?
Kasey: initially word of mouth and the wonderful experience keeps me coming back
Matthew: I shop online 100% of the time. I refuse to go to the mall or other stores due to the ease of point and click shopping and my lack of patience with people that cannot drive. Knowing I can get her something that won’t die, doesn’t make her fat and will ensure I get lucky while sitting on my ass is enough motivation for me.
What’s your favorite thing to do when you’re not at DeStress Express?
Kasey and I really enjoy T.V shows like LOST, Friends and The Office. On lazy weekends we can be found sitting together watching these shows and just enjoying each other’s company.
